When we think about the value by weight of a commodity most people will automatically think of gold first. That is natural given that it is quoted in the news as per ounce/gram. There is even a popular saying that someone is “worth their weight in gold”.
After seeing this infographic from BullionVault perhaps we should be saying that someone extra special is worth their weight in Californium. At $27 million USD per gram, I would be happy with a grams worth.
